BRD Vietnam spreading the Corporate Culture through the “Beauty of Management” Competition

Corporate Culture is a value chain that has been built up along with the path of existence and development, hence, it will become the codes, the practices that stick to every behaviours of the Employees, heading to a common goal.

In order to exhibit the company’s quintessence on the market, every single companies always strive to build a distinguised Corporate Culture. As for BRD Vietnam, our quintessence is being presented clearly through 5 criteria: “Enthusiatic – Adaptive – Innovative – Disciplined – Effective “, our own traits that we understand clearly and act according to daily.

In the journey of forming such Culture, recently, BRD Vietnam has organized the ” Beauty of Management” Competion for all of our Employees with the aim to show Spectators the most down-to-earth images about the beauty of Managing in Projects that BRD is currently providing services. Through the prism of amateur photographers, the images we recieved has described realistically the subtle beauty in the daily life of Managers, the enthusiasm, the conscientiousness, the deligence, the devotion of BRD people.

Specifically, this was the photo that came in first which had successfully captured the artistic side of the Managers.
