This is a type of fully furnished apartment for business travelers, either solo or in groups, with or without family. Ranging in size from 25m2 to 150m2, these apartments are usually rented long-term (3-6 months or more) or for short stays (about a week).

1.2. Classification of Serviced Apartments by Standards

1.2.1. Small Serviced Apartments

These apartments typically have one bedroom, with a small area and flexible design to maximize space. Studio apartments in this segment usually start from 25m2. Despite their small size, they are extremely well-designed and functional.

1.2.2. Medium-sized Serviced Apartments

These apartments have an area of 45m2 or more, with 2 to 3 bedrooms, and are moderately priced.

1.2.3. Luxury Serviced Apartments

Usually located in central districts of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City or in luxury resorts in famous tourist destinations. The rent for these apartments is generally higher than the average market rate.

1.2.4. Condo Hotels (Condotels)

A special type of serviced apartment, combining features of apartments and hotels. Condotels are fully equipped and large-scale, often situated alongside 5-star hotels or resorts.

2.1. ISO 27001:2013 – Information Security Management

ISO 27001:2013 is the international standard for information security management. For managing information and data security in the serviced apartment industry, this standard plays a crucial role in protecting personal customer information and business data.

Serviced apartments must implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or leakage of critical information.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international quality management standard and one of the first standards that the serviced apartment industry should consider.
